The origins of the company date back to 1985, when Karl Zingsheim established the business in Swistal and right from the start exclusively specialised in cleaning services for hotels. “The specialisation is our major strength,” says the Managing Director, providing us with a wealth of experience hardly matched by competitors.” In 1988 the company moved to Rheinbach-Loch and in 1996 to its present site in Blankenheim near Cologne.
