After the water returning circuit is simplified, the flow resistance of water is reduced and the flow speed of riser goes up. The smoke emission temperature is about 160oC 2) The temperature of the furnace chamber and the disturbance of smoke in high heat section are improved, so as to reduce the loss of heat and flying dust resulted from the incomplete combustion of fuel 3) To make sure the complete combustion of fuel and to improve smooth operation of the furnace grate and adequate working surface by using big movable grate pieces 4) To increase the heat conducting rate thus resulting in the increasing of heat efficiency of rearrange the convection tubes Though adopting above measurement, the heat efficiency of all kinds of boilers from 2 to 8MT/h (1.4 to 5.6MW) is 76% to 78%. This heat efficiency is higher than national standard. Combustion air form two sides with respective air chambers and separate control make the working steady and safe. The inertia dust separating device at the outlet make the dust content less than 1,800mg/Nm3, thus meeting the requirements set by the state for this area. These boilers have compact structure. Boilers from 2 to 8MT/h (1.4 to 5.6MW) can be designed packaged type with short installation period and money-saving. The diameter of upper boiler drum is changed from Φ800 toΦ900 to enlarge the steam room, while reform water steam separated device.
