Function and Characteristics

This machine is a king of combined machinery integrated in printing and slotting of the corrugated cardboard.Stable quality. 
Hand-swing feeding way,good adaptability,overcomes the defects of the paperboard and the irregular phenomenon.
Adopts computer numerical control phase adjusting to ensure no running-stop adjusting while operating.
Transmitting axle and the gear adopt no-key coordination to ensure the precision of the chromatic printing.
The unit is electrical walking.pneumatic locking,auto-inking,pneumatic plate-lifting and automatic ink distributing.
Slotting part,4 slotting knife pedestal.The left and right position between the upper,lower creasing wheel and the ladder paper knife can electrically and crosswise move.The height of the carton can be synchronously and electrically adjusted.
The gears of the whole machine adopt the superior quality steel after heat treatment and grinding.The oil pump of the gears adopts spray circulated lubrication.
