Huadong cellar reserve cabernet sauvignon dry red wine selected rare European grape variety cabernet sauvignon grown in Dazeshan of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, made by Australian experienced winemaker Steve Chapman according to O.I.V standards through low temperature fermentation, is matured in French oak barrels aging for more than 18 months prior to bottling. Exceptional and excellent wine quality benefits from favorable weather and high maturity. It is honored as the precious dry red wine in China. Delightful fruit aroma is well integrated with oak barrel smell. Full bodied and well balanced with intense flavor. Red meat and barbecue are wonderful accompaniments to it.
