Detailed Product Description
Molded FRP gratings are plate-like products consisting of regular meshes formed in large metal molds with hand-laid glass fibers as reinforcement and cast UP resin as matrix. The symmetric square meshes of these gratings impart isotropic properties in longitudinal and transverse directions, thus resulting in higher strength and integrity. These gratings can be used as load-bearing members, operation platforms, filter plates, walkway, and cover plates in corrosive environment.Notes: 1. The estimated weight is only for reference, and actual weight will be taken for deals 2. Customers can select the color, bearing member type, open space, cross rod density of gratings depending on the application environment and needed load-bearing capacity 3. When specially required, these gratings can be surface-treated, such as by adding quartz sand or FRP plates for anti-slip purpose or by a treatment for flame retardancy.
