Typical application process:
1) Proposed formulation:
a) Flame retardant FR-CP: 300 - 350
b) Crosslink agent MH: 70 - 100
c) Softener: 5 - 10
d) NH4Cl: 7 - 10
e) Deionized water: X
f) Total weight: 1,000
2) Finishing process:
a) Dipping twice and padding twice (pickup 70 - 80%)
b) Dry, cure (160 - 165°C, 4 - 5 min.) and then washing
Packing, storage and shipping:
250kg in plastic drum, careful loading and discharge, upside-down not allowed. It can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
