M25A# Air Drying Unsaturated Polyester Resin for produce car repair filler (putty) Ingredients: Unsaturated acid, Saturated acid, Diol , Polyalcohol, Modified Resin, Special Additive, and Assistant pyrosynthesis. Characteristics: Polyester Putty that it is made of this resins have good scratching performance, excellent resistance to temperature changing, outstanding adhesive force. Pliability can reach less than 80mm, with high-temperature resistance of over 150 degree centigrade. Mainly being applied to the leveling up and decoration of the blemishes, such as the drop pits of keelsons, pin-shaped cavities, crackles, and little welding lines etc. before closing the floating coat in the painting technics of passenger car to satisfy the leveling and smoothness of the keelsons before painting the surface. It is also of good toolability for glass reinforced plastics. Main technical standard: Item Index Color Canary or yellow transparent or translucent thick liquid. Acid number (mgKOH/g) 22-26 Viscidity (S/25 degree centigrade) 90-110 Solid content (%) 64-66 Product Parking: Products are packed with galvanized iron drums that are clean and dry. The net weight of each drum is 200kg. Notes: This unsaturated polyester putty is unsuitable to be used on the galvanized plates directly, but combines well with epoxy keelson.
