Axle Character: 1)Axle beam is processed with alloy steel of good quality and by integral hear rolling technics.Processed with special heat treatment technics,the axle beam has characters like antifatigue,strong loading capacity,and steady properties,etc. 2)The position of bearing is abrasive resistant and antifatigue with special intermediate frequency quenching treatment. 3)The bearing are heavy duty ones of good quality which are supplied by famous brands,thus,can increase service life of axle products. 4)Equipped with seals of high quality,hub and camshaft can ensure that lubricating grease does not leak into brake drum,and thus,ensure steady performance of brake drum and driving safty. 5)Brake assembly is made by sppropriative mechanical equipment thus has good interchangeability.Equipped with powerful return spring and non asbestos brake lining,the brake is of steady performance and of long service life. 6)Bearings and other spare parts are of long service life by using XHP222 lubricating grease 7)12T,14T axle is designed by Western German Axle beam style.Axle stud,which is forged by low alloy high quality steel,and bearing neck,which is designed as special taper shape,can decrease the centralization of stress and increase the strength of antifatigue 8)Using of appropriative equipment to tyre bolt pretension can make the pressure on bolt even. 9)Outboard Drum Series and Inboard Drum Series
